Protecting where we live and our wildlife
New Leader sought for our Ormond Love Our Street group. Our current leader has to step down due other commitments now. The position involves 3-4 hours a month, which includes 1 hour of local area cleaning with the group, counting some of the litter and submitting it on the Litterstopper app, posting next clean on FB page, and sending out two emails to the group announcing the next clean date. All training provided.
Being a LOS leader is a great way to meet many local people and become a community leader along the way. If interested please send email to admin@beachpatrol.com.au.
We can become disillusioned with the endless amounts of rubbish left in parks, streets and gutters. The consequences impact our health, habitat to all wildlife and so much ends up in our Port Phillip Bay. We choose to act to prevent this.
