Standard BP/LOS Clean	23	mentone pn	Hi Mentone Beach Patrollers. The news is a bit old as I’ve been on holidays in Qld but yes we did have a June Beach Patrol. There was just 2 of us so we didn’t need to fight over the rubbish. All up we collected 3 bags of rubbish weighing 12.4kgs including 23 bottles and cans. It seems the efforts of us and others are making a difference with the amount of old rubbish found in the bushes and plants along the path. Also good to see the many plantings that have been done recently. Hope to see you on Saturday 17th July at 9am at the top of the ramp near the life saving club (look out for our flag), thanks Paul
