3016 Beachpatrol Williamstown Beaches

3016 Beach Patrol - Williamstown

The historic old colonial area of Williamstown exudes charm.  3016Beachpatrol based in Williamstown is there to help their beaches out.  Positioned on the corner of the Port Phillip Bay and the mouth of the Yarra river, Williamstown gets more than its fare share of careless littering.

We meet once a month for one hour to clean up one of our beaches.  We are often joined by other groups with the same goals.

Wader beach is for Birds not Rubbish!
Thank you everyone that helped out over the weekend! What a ripper weekend it was!!
Over the weekend ScabDuty and 3016 Beach Patrol Williamstown teamed up with 'Friends Of Wader Beach' to remove as much litter as we could from the shoreline of Waderbeach in two days. We rallied over 60 awesome volunteers from the general public and from community groups around the Williamstown area they ended up filling a 12 cubic metre skip bin with over 47 tyres, plastic bottles, fishing gear, straws, rope, food containers etc.
