Holcim Australia Corporate clean up Day
Holcim Australia joined with 3030 Beach Patrol / Werribee River Association for their corporate clean up day on the Werribee River just upstream of the Werribee town centre.  In the space of 3 hrs 18 volunteers collected in excess of 500kg of litter.

3030 Beach Patrol collects another huge haul of litter from K Road Cliffs
Our State Government tells us we live in the cleanest state but the statistics from our clean ups tell a different story. Today, at K road cliffs Werribee 34 volunteers collected 300 kg of litter including 411 drink bottles & cans,1000 cigarette butts, 75m fishing line and a large amount of take away food packaging & containers.

3030 BeachPatrol volunteers remove 500Kgof rubbish from Campbell's Cove Beach
n just one hour 32 volunteers collected over 500 Kg of rubbish.  This included 109 drink cans, 91 plastic bottles & 68 glass bottles. Other items included a tractor tyre, car tyres , a basket ball pole & base, water pipe & other scrap metal.

50 volunteers clean Werribee South Beach
50 volunteers picked up over 200kgs of rubbish from the Werribee South beach today.  This included 194 drink bottles & cans, polystyrene foam, take away food items, plastic fragments, 1500+ cigarette butts, plastic sheeting and metal items such as a car part and old pipes an old sailboard and a bicycle.

Werribee 3030 BeachPatrol 2nd Birthday Clean
47 volunteers enthusiastically participated in 3030 BeachPatrol's 2nd birthday clean on the Werribee River near the Werribee Town centre today (Sunday July 9th)  The massive haul of rubbish (est.600kg) was so large that a second council truck was called to collect it.

Werribee BeachPatrol's 2nd birthday celebrations outside the office of Tim Pallas MP

3030 Beach Patrol cleans Campbell's Cove Beach
30 Volunteers took part in our clean at Campbell's Cove on Sunday.  Although there was not as much rubbish as at previous cleans we still collected 120kg of litter including 181 bottles and cans and 300 cigarette butts.

24 Volunteers brave wild weather to clean the breakwater at Wyndham Harbour & adjoining beach
Despite the weather our dedicated volunteers collected 100kg of rubbish including 1000+ cigarette butts and 297 bottles & cans

58 volunteers clean Werribee South beach in a clean up organised by Werribee Beach Patrol & Wyndham Council on Clean Up Australia Day
Their massive effort removed 220 kg of litter including 264 bottles and cans. Other common items included cigarette butts, plastic fragments from snack packs, plastic bags & 

 cardboard.
